Trussle hires VP engineering from Funding Circle

Trussle has appointed Matthew Gretton (pictured) as vice president of engineering from peer-to-peer lending platform Funding Circle.

Gretton will lead Trussle’s engineering team and help Trussle achieve its goal of having instant mortgage approvals and lifetime mortgage monitoring.

He said: “Trussle has a unique opportunity to build significant life-long relationships with its customers, enabled by the transparent and personalised use of automation.

Trussle’s launched in December 2015 and the online broker has more than £1.2bn of mortgages under management.
