TBS’s remortgage 2-year fixes include a rate of 2.59% to 90% LTV and a rate of 1.89 to 75% TV with no fee.Meanwhile remortgage 5-year fixes stand at 2.14% to 60% LTV, 2.39% to 80% LTV and 2.79% to 90% LTV.
