The lender has launched new product free 3-year fixes at 1.84% to 60% loan-to-value, 1.99% to 75% LTV, 2.14% to 80% LTV, 2.29% to 85% LTV, 2.89% to 90% LTV and 3.89% to 95% LTV.
TSB has removed its mortgage application fee – which previously cost £265 – from all of its residential and buy-to-let mortgages.
At the same time the lender has launched new product free 3-year fixes at 1.84% to 60% loan-to-value, 1.99% to 75% LTV, 2.14% to 80% LTV, 2.29% to 85% LTV, 2.89% to 90% LTV and 3.89% to 95% LTV.
