The changes are as follows:
- All self-certification and buy-to-let valuation fees will increase by £15. These fees will also apply to existing UCB Home Loans customers when moving to a new property.
- A £50 valuation fee will be charged for further advances
- Arrangement fees on self-certification cases (excluding further advances) will increase by £35, to £330 (the arrangement fee for buy-to-let cases remains at £495)
The new fees remain in line with the rest of the market.
