UK Agricultural Finance, a specialist business lender offering short and medium term finance to the agricultural sector, has partnered with specialist packager Y3S.
The partnership will give intermediaries submitting enquiries to Y3S access to a range of products offered by UK Agricultural Finance, including bridging and medium term loans.
Creig Hearse, team leader at Y3S, said: “Y3S has been the finance intermediary’s broker of choice for specialist finance solutions since 2001.
“Farmers need large loans that can be secured on real assets and need to access a specialist business lender like UK Agricultural Finance proving much needed money to help build their businesses.”
Robert Suss, co-founder of UKAF, said: “We are thrilled to announce our relationship with Y3S.
“We are principal lender and have a simple loan approval process providing traditional, responsible lending to farmers and the rural community throughout England, Scotland and Wales and believe Y3S have both the knowledge and expertise to support us.
“Our loans have helped farmers diversify, acquire more land, build renewable energy projects, helped them restructure, buy more livestock, help families with generational transfer and provide tenant farmers capital to purchase their farm.”
