Real estate developer Urban Village Capital has completed the £1.35m acquisition of a historic building, The Moat House, at Lichfield Road, from Sutton Coldfield College.
The company will be based at The Moat House, while offices in the main building and adjoining converted stables will be available to rent.
Kevin Patrick Sharkey, director of Urban Village Capital, said: “The purchase of the Moat House represents a major investment in Sutton Coldfield by Urban Village Capital.
“It provides us with a unique, high quality headquarters in a fantastic location.
“These are exciting times both for Sutton Coldfield and the wider Birmingham region and we will continue to take advantage of attractive investment opportunities.”
