VIBE Finance moves to a new premises and hires two case managers

Specialist mortgage broker VIBE Finance has moved to new office premises after taking on two case managers, Beth Clayton and Nicola Kelly.

VIBE specialises in sourcing non-regulated finance options for investors covering term and short-term finance for all buy-to-let, HMO, Commercial, Semi-Commercial and development projects.

Kim McGinley (pictured), director at VIBE, set up the firm in April 2018 after a number of years working for specialist lenders as a lending manager.

She said: “This is an exciting time for VIBE as we build up our team, following our first successful year of trading.

“Offering our clients outstanding customer service and utilising our experience in the financial services industry are our core USPs.

“By taking on experienced case managers like Nicola and Beth we are demonstrating our dedication not only to our clients and introducers but also to our lender partners.”

Before joining VIBE, Clayton worked for a number of mortgage lenders and gained over 10 years’ mortgage experience in both high street and sub-prime lending.

She said: “I am thrilled to be part of the VIBE team and love the relationships I have already built with my colleagues, clients and the lenders.

“I am really excited about the future at VIBE and look forward to furthering my career with Kim and the rest of the team.”

Kelly’s background is predominately in financial services, coming to VIBE after 12 years working for Lloyds Banking Group, having gained expertise in mortgage advice and retail banking.

She said: “I am excited to have now been given the opportunity to work for VIBE and alongside Kim, whose ethos is for the client’s experience to be the best it can possibly be from start to finish!”
