Vida Homeloans has launched an online buy-to-let affordability calculator designed to help intermediaries find the right solution for buy-to-let for customers who may not fit criteria for high street lenders.

Vida has also launched an online tool that allows brokers to check its lending criteria at a detailed level using a keyword search.
