Vida Homeloans has been appointed to Personal Touch Financial Services’ panel of lenders to provide specialist residential and buy-to-let mortgages to clients of the adviser network.

The relationship gives the 220 member firms of Personal Touch access to Vida’s impaired credit products up to 85%loan-to-value, and specialist buy-to-let range, including products for multi-unit blocks up tofiveunits and HMOs up toeightbedrooms with no additional rate loading or fee.
